On May 27th after receiving complaints about drug activity, Laurens County Sheriff’s Deputies with the assistance of Clinton City Police Department executed a search warrant on a residence in the 900 block of Holmes Bridge Road in Clinton at approximately 6:30AM. -Pressed pills mixed with Heroin and Fentanyl

Two Charged With Unlawful Neglect of Children
On May 22nd at approximately 9:30AM, deputies responded to Wright Street in Laurens in reference to deplorable conditions at a residence. Animal Control Operating Under Sheriff's Office
Since I have taken office, we have increased arrests involving animal cruelty by 240%. We have formed a very good working relationship with the Litter and Animal Control personnel. Arrests Made After Shooting
This morning at approximately 6:20AM, deputies were dispatched to LC Drive in Laurens in reference to a victim being shot in the leg. After talking to witnesses at the scene, it was determined that the suspects had left the scene in a vehicle.
