Tarp It or Ticket

The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office wants to remind citizens that litter will not be tolerated in our community. Complaints continue to come in about the amount of litter trashing our neighborhoods. Sheriff Reynolds wants you to know that deputies have been and will continue fining violators.

“We all have a personal responsibility when it comes to not littering. Our county becomes a larger dumping ground each day. The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office is aggressively monitoring this problem. All loads are to be covered. If you don’t secure your load and you are caught, you will be charged. PERIOD.”
