Missing 20 year old. Last seen on Apple Ridge Road in Clinton on 12/13 at approximately 4PM.

Name is Dakota Randle, 20 years old, is approximately 5’4 and 120 pounds. Was visiting a friend in the area. Currently has blue hair and was last seen wearing black corduroy pants, a white turtle neck, and a brown tshirt on top with a photo of an eyeball. Has tattoos on upper arms and back of left calf.
