Be aware of a financing scam involving houses for sale in Laurens County. Scammers place their signs in the yards of homes that are legitimately for sale by realtors, appearing to offer an owner financing option for that property. Check with the realtor to make sure the offer is valid or contact us if you believe such an offer to be fraudulent.
