Meth, Pills found- Two Arrested
On February 6, 2024 at approximately 6:45PM, deputies were made aware of a stolen vehicle in the area of Highway 221 North and Hunter Industrial Park Road due to a Flock camera notification.
The vehicle in question had been stolen out of Clinton city. During a probable cause search of the vehicle, several items of paraphernalia were located, including clear plastic baggies, hypodermic needles, and containers with white residue. Several pills, methamphetamine, and marijuana were also discovered in the vehicle.
The driver and the passenger were arrested and charged as follows:
Donald Ray Culbertson of Columbia:
-Receiving Stolen Goods
-Driving Under Suspension, 3rd or subsequent offense
-Habitual Traffic Offender
-Trafficking Meth, 3rd or subsequent offense
-Possession with Intent to Distribute (Schedule IV), 2nd or subsequent offense
-Simple Possession of Marijuana
Kimberly Diann Riley of Ware Shoals:
-Trafficking Meth, 3rd or subsequent offense
-Possession with Intent to Distribute (Schedule IV), 2nd or subsequent offense
-Simple Possession of Marijuana
