Armed Robbery

On November 9th at approximately 12AM, deputies responded to the Exxon gas station on Highway 14 in Gray Court in reference to an Armed Robbery. A male subject entered the store and approached the counter, presenting a knife while demanding money. After obtaining the money, the subject then ran out of the store and left the incident location on foot heading towards Laurens. After receiving tips, the subject was identified as 43 year old Crerousia Smith of Gray Court. Mr. Smith was taken into custody without incident.
