Shooting

On July 8, 2018 the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office was notified that a person was flown to GHS in Greenville from Hillcrest Hospital with apparent gunshot wounds to the abdomen and groin. After learning the identity of the victim, Investigators responded to a residence on Tillbrook Court in the Fountain Inn area of Laurens County and found that the shooting took place at this location. The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Investigator responded and processed the scene. Multiple individuals were interviewed by deputies as potential witnesses, however no arrest have been made at this time. The incident remains under investigation and should that status change notifications will be made.
